RaineDrops On Roses is a new concept in wedding floral design and consulting in Northwest Arkansas. My name is Sally Williams and I am an experienced floral designer that contracts directly with you, the bride, to do as much or as little of your wedding floral needs as you wish.

I firmly believe that you, the bride, should have as much input and control in the process as you wish. With my consulting, you will obtain the best flowers at the best possible price, with creative design touches from modern to traditional.   Your input and wishes will be taken into consideration every step of the way.  I strive to get to know my brides and am told my designs reflect this.
