RaineDrops On Roses Wedding Floral Contract
“RaineDrops On Roses” reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.
Terms: Payments must be in cash, local check or money order. A deposit of $100.00 is required for confirmation of Wedding Date. Deposit is non-refundable. A final consultation will be scheduled about 30 days prior to wedding date. Balance due must be paid by that time and no later than 3 weeks prior to wedding date.  Additional consultations or site inspections are available by appointment. Up to 4 site inspections/consultations are included. I acknowledge that items in addition to attached order summary may incur additional charges which will be billed at time of order. If ordered after final payment, they must be paid prior to delivery. Additions will be accepted up to two days prior to wedding date. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available on orders made less than two weeks prior to wedding. Color and style will match as close as possible.
Cancellations: We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment is not made in full by final consultation, this contract is canceled and all payments are forfeited. Contract cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to final consultation will receive a refund on monies paid, less non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive no refund, in addition, there are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after final payment is made. Flowers for those items will be utilized to upgrade the arrangements purchased.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Example: Wax flowers ordered as a filler flower for bouquets but weather conditions cause unavailability or poor quality. Pink heather or similar filler would be used. Red roses would Not be substituted for white orchids.
